Application Service Manual
1) Project team responsibility system operation: After the project is approved, the “Account executive (AE)" and "project director (PD)" are set up, and the AE is responsible for professional and effective communication with customers; PD is responsible for the overall technical service planning and full control of the application of the project. 
 2) Strictly implement the information confidentiality system.
3) Timeliness, comprehensiveness and regularity of information communication: Follow up the test progress with the laboratory on a regular basis every month, regularly report monthly to customers, and conduct full and effective communication on the test progress, the problem to be solved and the treatment plan and results of the problem, so as to ensure that the customer could supervise the whole process efficiently.
4) Professional and efficient service to solve problems for customers: For difficult problems in the declaration process, our expert team will do their best to propose implementable solutions initiatively and proactively.
