In May 2017, China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) issued the Guidance on Implementation of GB 9685, which is the first guide tool for new food contact addictive Petition.
In this Guidance, authorities explain the revision process and main revised contents of GB 9685; elucidate each article in it using real examples; introduce the method to use this GB (National Standard) ; and also give a brief introduction on the regulations and risk assessment methods of food contact material in Japan, Canada, America and Europe.
So far, the English version of this guidance has not been issued yet.
