For new chemical substances such as PB, PT, or BT, their permitted uses shall be indicated when they are included in the List. For new chemical substances with high hazards and new chemical substances of PB, PT or BT, when they are included in the List, environmental management requirements in addition to the annual report shall be stipulated.
